A wonderful journey through some amazing valleys: Val Alpisella, Valle dei Laghi di San Giacomo and Cancano, Fraele, Val Viola.

We can only meet some difficulties while cycling through the first part of the journey, between the Ponte delle Capre (Livigno) and the Val Alpisella. You can push your bicycle or stop as many times as you wish to catch your breath as I did myself. The best cyclists won't obviously have any problems (such as the biker who easily ran past me). After this part, till the Passo Viola, the track is downhill or flat. The Passo Viola, though its 2,450 m. of height, isn't very difficult and you can climb it easily.
